Petite Retreat; Artist Studio

Our detached Spanish-style artist’s studio is within a 3 to 15 minute walk of all the best restaurants and shops in the lower Village of Montecito. It is an easy four block walk from the patio to beautiful Butterfly Beach. It is cozy, private and has a fabulous, hot, outside shower ! (Note; this shower is the only shower for the studio). Gaze at the stars while rinsing off the sand ! The studio space is small, and cozy, warm radiant concrete floors can be turned on in the chillier months.

VERY PRIVATE location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Cois Dara is a private Homeshare ( Permit #TRU20-0055) This County of Ventura Homeshare is a private residence that operates in a residential zone. The Homeshare allows for a maximum of 5 guests and a maximum of 3 cars. Outdoor quiet time 10 PM to 7 AM. This is an owner-occupied dwelling and the owner will be present on the property in a private quarter.
