Chapel Corner forms half of a converted Wesleyan Chapel built in 1864. It is centred in the beautiful, ancient village of Winkleigh which is the heart of Devon, equidistant from both coasts and moors and allows guests to explore this fantastic area. The Chapel is foremost a home; comfortable and quirky. There is a spacious kitchen with with a stunning staircase, a large sitting and dining room with cosy woodburner, two beautiful bedrooms, a modern shower room and bathroom. Parking for 1 car.

The Old Sunday School is located in the picturesque and peaceful village of Harrowbarrow with stunning views of the Tamar Valley and beyond. The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Characterful three storey cottage forming the end part of our 300 year old Devon cob Farmhouse. The cottage features a modern kitchen, huge Inglenook fireplace with log burner, luxurious wool carpets, low beams, big squashy sofa and a superking size master bed with pretty adjoining twin room on the very top floor. The cottage's own garden has two decked seating areas. Set in glorious rolling countryside near Dartmoor, Devon's gorgeous sandy beaches and the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter.

Escape to our couples only Tiny House on the edge of Dartmoor. Spend your days exploring the moors, then return to soak in your wood fired hot tub overlooking the fields. For the adventurous, we share our favourite local walks, kayaking spots, and cycling routes or simply switch off and enjoy the peace. Food lovers are spoilt for choice, with cosy country pubs nearby that serve fantastic food. And yes, we’re dog-friendly 🐕 because adventures are better with your dog by your side.

'The Cabin' is a romantic couple's retreat, but conversely, a family's nostalgic getaway to a simpler life. Overlooking a field of friendly sheep who wander right up to the living room windows, and bird feeders which welcome a wealth of birds at every elevation, you will feel immersed in nature and wildlife. Go outside and toast marshmallows on the fire pit, or sizzle sausages on the brick charcoal barbecue. Then sink into the electric hot tub, turn up the jets and gaze at the stars.

The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.
