This townhouse is close to the major highways w/o the noise. It is 800 sq ft with an upstairs and downstairs area. There is 1 bathroom upstairs w a tub/shower and a half bath downstairs (no tub/shower). There is wifi, alarm and washer/dryer. There is also a tiny fenced in area for your pets. My place is not fancy but it is clean and I try to provide the best value for you and your pets who can be really hard on houses. The house is in a complex that has children and neighbors are close by.

There are many businesses nearby, including: iFly, TopGolf, Main Event, Quail Springs Mall, and dozens of fine restaurants across the highway in the Chisholm Creek district. These are all within 1-3 miles, either by main streets or the turnpike... I have nice neighbors who look out for each other. There are absolutely no parties to be thrown on this property. We supply poop bags for dogs, so please use to clean up after the pups.
