Very clean and nice one bed one bath house in a gated community, near turnpike I35 and I235. Downtown is 15 min. The house is in the grounds of the main house, however they apart ensuring privacy for both houses. No pets. No drugs. NO POOL. . Pool is not working properly we removed the feature of. We do not have BBQ grill and we do not encourage alcoholic beverages around swimming pool because we have kids around. NO LORRY TRUCKS OR RV in or Throughout the neighborhood are allowed
