Steps to Old Silver Beach & SeaCrest Hotel is a 5-7 minute walk. Path behind house to the beach parking lot. New house w/ open concept. Includes 4 BRs, 3.5 baths/ large den. 1st floor there's a chef's kitchen. There is a path behind the house that takes you to Old Silver beach. It is less than a 5 minute walk. You can also swim in the Herring River behind the house. Also a limited ocean view. At the end of the day you can cook on the Weber grill & enjoy eating dinner outside on the deck.
