Welcome to our little guesthouse in the beautiful Hokianga Harbour. A stylish retreat that allows you to kick back, relax and enjoy the seaviews and amazing sunsets. Studio 8 is a private studio with a stunning view of the apricot sand beaches and lagoon of beautiful Cable Bay. Relax and unwind while you take in the view of the sea all the way across the bay to the KariKari Peninsula. Come and relax in our private studio, suitable for 1 person or for a couple. There are more than 13 eateries all within 5 minutes drive away. A private walkway down to the beach. Plus the best Ice Cream shop within walking distance! Perfect location to explore the Far North.

Kia Ora! Welcome to our Paradise with stunning views of glistening sand dunes and the Hokianga Harbour. Private open plan cottage in the same section as main house. Fully equipped from cheese knife, to Air fryer. Relax with coffee on the deck or at our bar with a cold one. The Beach, Boat Ramps, Pub, Sands, Cafes, Four Square are all minutes away. I'm Tui, a fwendly 6yr old foxie. We have a fenced yard. Bring your little doggie, we can zoomie all day and you can relax in Hokianglers’ Rest

Linric Fold - 2 Br cottage

Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Our home till we built our new house (see photos).

Mulga Bill's Cottage

Mulga Bill's Cottage is located 5 km south of Kaikohe down Mangakahia Rd. Totora trees abound on the property, and we are surrounded by farmland. Kaikohe is centrally located in the Far North, and is close to Ngawha hot pools, the Bay of Islands, Hokianga Harbour, Kaitaia, the 90 Mile Beach and the Kauri forests. The Cottage is only 1.6 km from the Twin Coast Cycle Trail. We are located mid-way between the coasts, so are an ideal base from which to cycle the trail.

A peaceful rural rustic space to retreat and relax yet minutes from town amenities and the main Northland route. Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Easy access, no check-in required.

Studio Blak - Ahipara

Welcome to Studio Blak, a brand new self contained open planned space to kick back an unwind after a trip to Cape Reinga, a day at the beach or work away from home! Located in Ahipara, a small coastal town 15mins drive from Kaitaia. You’ll find us in a quiet, safe residential subdivision a 5min walk to the local cafe, fish n chips & dairy! A short 2 minute drive or 15min walk to the beach!

Make yourself at home in this charming cottage. A great place for a couple to relax or a family with plenty of space inside and outside. It has a private outlook with the sights and sounds of the country. It is close to native bush and abundant bird life.
