Sound View, Dock, .1 mile to beach access

A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex with amazing views of the sound! Enjoy the sunset on the shared dock! There are kayaks for sunrise and sunset paddles across the sound (a hold harmless agreement must be signed before these items may be used). Beach access is a few yards away, and we provide a beach utility cart for your belongings. Enjoy, dining areas in each living room, cable, amazing internet, shared dock, and an outdoor shower in the back. Private laundry room is downstairs. We do provide linens at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. If you would like a Linen Service for your stay, please reach out for potential contacts. Dog Friendly. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Max of 2 dogs. When booking please inform us if you are bringing a pet and feel free to reach out with any questions.

The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Complimentary basket with S’mores, chips and popcorn! Coffee, apple cider and hot cocoa also available. WiFi and smart tvs!

This is an older home. There are permanent stains in the sink and tubs. We are trying to work on other areas of the home as much as we can. We have blackout curtains/shades in the entire home. We have WiFi, Disney plus, ESPN +, Hulu, and items you would need to cook, shower, or clean dishes. We have a washer and dryer (no detergent or fabric softener is supplied anymore unfortunately). We also have a keypad entry for your convenience to check in anytime after check in time, so no need to rush.

Cozy Chalet-Style Pet Friendly Home

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located beach oasis. Beautiful Intracoastal views. Community dock provides easy access to kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing. Deeded boardwalk to the beach. Community pool, and a short walk or bike ride to Surf City shops and restaurants. Sleeps 8. One king, one queen, full over twin bunk beds, and one twin roll-away bed. TVs in all bedrooms. We provide all linens, towels, and beach chairs/umbrellas/accessories.

Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more. Direct private beach access from the back deck.
