Everyone is welcome at our secluded Cape Cod on 20 acres in the heart of the Finger Lakes region. 2.5 miles from the center of Naples, hiking trails, waterfalls, wine tastings, quaint shops, restaurants, golf course, leaf peeping, 15 min. to Bristol Mountain. Enjoy all the charm the Finger lakes has to offer from your centrally located homebase in Naples or make us your destination. Please note the base price is for 6 people & a fee for each extra person regardless of the # of days they stay.

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Penn Yan can be accessed by sidewalk from here (approx 1 mile to center), steps from Red Jacket Park at Keuka Lake on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Close to Keuka Outlet Trail, on the Keuka Lake wine trail, and between Main Deck restaurant and Rt 54 (WE ARE NOT WATERFRONT). There is plenty to do between shopping in Penn Yan, hiking the Outlet, or going on a wine tour around Keuka and/or Seneca Lake.

Large yard, partially fenced in, with play house for children. The storage shed houses outdoor games and wagon for the short trip (.3 miles) to the beach. 4 miles from CMAC.

Just up the path from the private deeded swimming beaches, our newly remodeled cottage (after last year‘s devastating destruction by a tree) has been carefully decorated to ensure comfort to make you feel at home. This 2 bedroom 1.5 bath cottage has many spaces to enjoy including the enclosed porch & back deck. We invite you to stay up to 14 days June - August; or longer outside of our summer season. The home is the last house on a private road, in a cove with distant neighbors, offering great privacy & solitude. A family of bald eagles nests in the cove. The huge 2nd story deck adorns the entire front of the house. Best views on the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine while soaking in this little slice of heaven. Bring your boat, we have a whip mooring & hoist. Boat launch 3 mi Note: late June -Labor day, 7 nite min checkin/out Fri only.
