They are fully equiped for family vacation with capacity of 4 + 1 persons. With 40 square meters inside there are two bedrooms (master and childs with bunk bed), two bathrooms, kitchen and living room (with sleeping couch). Outside, on the 40 square meters covered terrace is also kitchen with grill.

The large private yard features a heated freshwater swimming pool and an outdoor shower. The main sandy beach is about 700 m away, and the city center is approximately 800 m from the house.
