Acabamos de equipar el apartamento con aire acondicionado de tipo "bomba de calor" que permite refrescar pero también calentar si haría falta. El apartamento está equipado con aire acondicionado (ventilación, frío, calor y deshumidificación). Este alojamiento tiene una habitación con una cama de de matrimonio de 1m60 x 2m, una tronja romántica con una cama de 1m40 x 2m situada por debajo de un Velux, un amplio baño adaptado para persona con movilidad reducida, y un salón-comedor-cocina con acceso directo a la piscina por una puerta de cristal o al patio. Acabamos de instalar una puerta de insonorización a la habitación que da a la calle. La casa tiene fibra optica @ 600mbs y wifi. Toda la casa tiene domotica y se pueden regular las luces según el momento (intensidad, frio-caliente, colores) por zonas. La cocina tiene 5 fuegos de gas, un amplio horno de gas de 90cm de ancho, una grande nevera con amplio congelador, maquina de hielo, lavavajilla, maquina de café Nespresso-Krups, tostadora, platos, vasos, etc... No es necesario traer ni champú, ni gel de ducha, ni acondicionadores, la ducha está equipada con 3 distribuidores. Se suministran toallas al llegar.

The view of sunset is also magnificent here. The living room is spacious and comfortable, large sofa with many pillows can be easily transformed into a comfortable double bed. There is a beautiful garden in the inner court of the complex and if you wish you can visit fitness center, also you can swim in one of two heated swimming pools or just burn under the sun. There is a supermarket, fruteria and Italian restaurants just across the street and a great amount of restaurants, bars, cafe on walking distance from the complex. You are very welcome!
