WE HAVE AC!!! Cozy 2 Rooms apartment with an amazing wiew of Bosphorous. It's a pet friendly flat. The flat is new, builded in 2018 in the very centre of Uskudar;the historical quarter of the Asian part of Istanbul.The flat is situated on 3 rd floor and building has elevator.From the center of Uskudar there is an easy access to the city highlights,mainly reachable in 20 mins by ferry or metro.The flat is fully equipped and it offers free coffee and tea , tv, playstation 2,a new air conditioner.

My house is luxury residence with great location and it has 7/24 security and a lot of facilities . Ferry Port and Kadıköy (center) are in walking distance and u can arrive whereever u want in Istanbul (Asian or European side) bu using metrobus (fikirtepe station) just 5minute walking distance to my house. Location is very close to shopping mall, market, phermacy also. Deprem projeli yüksek nitelikli daire . Merkezî konumda bulunan şık ve lüks olanaklı rahat bir konaklamanın tadını çıkarın.
