It was renovated in 2020 to make the room more comfortable. But the ancient beams in the living room are still vaguely visible, as if telling the history of this house. The house is a 5-minute walk to Kitano Tenmangu Shrine where is a large flea market on the 25th of every month and a 15-minute walk to Kinkakuji Temple.
