Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

This house is situated on a working farm so on occasion there will be stock work nearby, (with the accompanying acoustics) other times it will be just the surrounding rural views to keep you company. The property is located within minutes from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and all the other attractions that this region offers. Spend a couple of nights and visit the West Coast eg Kawhia with it's great fishing or dig your own hot pools. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room.

Country Stay with Mount Kakepuku Views

Breathe the fresh country air at this contemporary architecture retreat. On the outside, the home features a sleek industrial aesthetic and a private outdoor bath, while the inside bursts with a boutique design style, neutral greys, and wood accents. Come and enjoy our private, modern two bedroom apartment, quiet and private with its own entrance. Located perfectly just 10 mins drive from central Hamilton and also 10 mins from the airport, Mystery Creek, the Velodrome, Hamilton Gardens, Waikato Uni and Ruakura. It is fully self contained with a modern kitchen and spacious living area. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Only 1.2kms off the Waikato River Trail it is a perfect base for those wanting to explore by bike.

The perfect surfer’s retreat on the west side of the one-way bridge, just a quick drive to Whale Bay. A great spot for kids! And pets are welcome!
