Newly renovated basement suite with many little extras to discover. Hot tub in private cedar gazebo with 180 view of a bush and large back and side yards or if you prefer more privacy curtains can be drawn all around. Gazebo is heated by a propane fireplace depending on the weather. Peaceful neighbourhood in Clarence Point, nice trails and area to go for walks. When time permits, we also offer a complimentary 20 min guided tour of the area aboard a 6 seater ATV. Bring warm clothing!

Perfect for both leisure and business travelers It's a short 10-minute walk to a trail at the Ottawa River, making it perfect for experiencing the beauty of nature. The bus station is just a 2-minute walk away. Easy access to the highway. It's a 15-minute drive to downtown Ottawa.

This is a guest suite attached to the house in peaceful nature with wildlife, less than 30 minutes drive from Ottawa downtown. It has its own separate entrance to give guests full privacy. The living room has a mini kitchenette for light use. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The unit is only rented to one guest at a time; you will have the entire unit during your stay. Starlink was newly installed, and the internet is fast for remote telework!
