PET FRIENDLY Visitors have chosen the charm of Roanoke Island as their home base while exploring all that the Outer Banks has to offer. This room is located at the Island Guesthouse in Manteo, NC. All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guest fees may apply. Pre-approved pets are welcome. Pet fees are $40 per pet for the first night and $25 per pet, per night for each additional consecutive night. Please contact us prior to booking to obtain pet approval and review our pet policies.

The shared bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo and all essentials. The living area offers comfy seating and a flat-screen TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, just bring you spices. Our King Standard rooms are positioned on either the first floor (accessible by ramp) or second floor (accessible by stairs only) of the Inn and offer 320 sq feet of space. Just a short walk to the beach, legendary surf breaks and the Rodanthe Fishing Pier. Property includes a shared swimmimg pool. Formerly the Sea Sound Motel, this property is still family owned and operated. We are updating the spaces and keeping all the charm!
