Bright, new country guesthouse

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

The Shire

Beautiful two-story home just minutes from downtown Middleton. The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, soaking tub, and separate shower. Four additional bedrooms each offer queen-size beds. The private office includes an infrared sauna, while the bonus room has a TV, games, and a twin trundle bed with a pull-out twin. The living room features soaring 18-foot ceilings. Outside, relax in the hot tub or enjoy the BBQ area. Great for sports teams, family reunions, and large groups.

The Modern Farmhouse was recently remodeled with upscale amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay! Enjoy your own delicious home cooked meals in the beautiful kitchen, gather in the dining room with seating for 8, enjoy a movie on Netflix or Disney+ on a huge 65" OLED 4K TV and 7.2 Klipsch Surround Sound with a large sectional providing seating for the whole family. Relax with the whole family/friends at this peaceful home. This is the perfect place to escape from everyday busy life. This three bedroom two full bath has a lot to offer and can fit the whole group. Spend the day fishing, swimming, or boating on Lake Owyhee or Owyhee River. Enjoy an evening relaxing by the fire pit in the grass or on the back patio with views of the farm and mountains. Owyhee River road is half a mile up the road with the finest tail waters for Fly Fishing trips.

Cottage on the Snake River

We are at the end of a 1/2 mile driveway. It is very quiet and relaxing. The house is comfortable and homey. Lots of space to walk around. We have a pond near by that is full of wildlife. The house has a water softener/filter so the water feels slick on your skin. Also, the water has a sulfur smell to it so we provide bottled water for drinking and cooking. We have the water tested and it is safe. it just has a slight smell.

Sleepy Bear Lodge

Our property is located outside of the town of Caldwell in a county setting. Our neighbors on both sides have farm animals making for a unique experience. We are minutes from multiple golf courses. Shopping is 10-15 minutes away. Boise Airport is about a 30 minute drive. And the Oregon border is a stone’s throw from here. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
