Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. If looking for a place to relax this might be the one. From the bedroom, living room, kitchen or in patio you can have a good view of the bay (sea water) and a spectacular sunset. The cottage can accommodate 4 guest, 1 bedroom queen bed and a comfortable pull out sofa bed in the living room.
