This 2 storey aircon 4 bedroom home is designed with holidaying in mind. Beach & shops are within walking distance. Sunlover boasts a huge deck with ocean views. Queen Beds in all bedrooms & a double/single bunk bed in the downstairs living area. Sunlover is perfect for 2 families to stay providing plenty of room and privacy. There is plenty off road parking for cars and boats and even a fish cleaning area for the keen fishermen. We have a No Party Policy & you must be 25 and over to book.

Deepwater Beach House

BYO SHEETS, PILLOWCASES & TOWELS Unwind at this private hidden gem where relaxation and rejuvenation come first. Time stands still, offering an endless escape. And for those who love to fish, you can launch your boat right from the front yard. Dogs are welcome but guests are responsible for cleaning up excessive shedding. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found in any of these places. Also no chasing of the wild life.

Open to guests for the first time September 2021, our lovingly restored cottage has been finished with your comfort in mind. Enjoy the quiet bush block with native animals aplenty. While private and peaceful, you are only 1km to the main beach, and 3 minutes to shops, cafes & restaurants at the bottom of the hill.

This funky three bedroom home is the perfect place to relax after exploring all that the region has to offer; from the surrounding farm land forming part of this expansive food bowl, to the ocean that is the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef.

Ferry Road River House Baffle Creek

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy fishing, boating and crabbing right at your door step. Make a weekend of it with your mates or stay the week with the family. The three bedroom home sleeps 6-8 people and features an outdoor kitchen and a large L shaped deck with water frontage. Plenty of parking space for cars and boats. Access to the council maintained boat ramp is just 300m from the house. A fire pit with wood is available for your comfort .

You’ll treasure your time at this quaint cosy freestanding cottage. Just a short 500 metre stroll to the beautiful beach or head in the other direction only 300 metres to the IGA, Tavern, Chemist, Bakery, Doctor, Fish & chip shop and Garage. Enjoy your privacy with your own entrance and complete separation from the owners dwelling. There is a resident Labrador that will appreciate a passing cuddle. (However this means we cannot accept other pets, aside from service animals)

Baffle Creek Junction is located at the junction of Euleilah and Baffle Creeks, truly a special location. The 53 acre site boasts 1.3 klm of saltwater tidal creek frontage with wildlife including kangaroos and beautiful burdekin ducks. Try your luck at some shore based fishing or crabbing, however if you have a boat a council maintained boat ramp is only 600 mtrs away! Explore Rules Beach and Deepwater National Park or simply just chill out on the block.

Summerhouse Agnes Water

“Heaven on the hill” Summerhouse is located on the Discovery Coast, within 500 klms of Brisbane and only 80 minutes from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is close enough to walk to shops (700m) and famous Agnes Water surf beach (<1k) but far enough from the hustle and bustle to enjoy the verandah and a good book. Agnes Bush Cabins #3

Welcome to our quiet bush retreat off the main road into Agnes Water. Sleeps 4 across a double bed and sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen, smart TV, reverse cycle A/C. Private deck, gas BBQ and fire pit. Linen and towels included. Self check-in via key safe. 5 mins to beach, shops and cafes. Pets welcome (up to 2, $50 fee). Keep pets leashed - property is unfenced with a dam at the rear. Bore water on tap - not for drinking, 2 bottles provided.

‘Captain’s Cabin’ – Off the Grid

This is your complete reset. A rustic A-frame tucked into the Queensland countryside — grasslands, gum trees, big skies — far enough from everything to feel genuinely away, close enough to Agnes Water and the southern Great Barrier Reef if you want a reason to leave (you probably won't). We offer a unique accommodation experience by inviting you to stay on a comfortable sailing boat, overlooking our beautiful pristine billabong on our 40 acre property. You'll have exclusive command of the ship as well as your own private dining, bathroom and entertaining areas. The billabong is close by too should you wish for a cooling dip.
