The rustic river front updated cabin has 300 feet of river frontage, fenced yard (except the riverfront). Rear deck has a hot tub, beautiful majestic view of the river. The river has heavy tidal flow (no river use from home). The Hoquiam River support runs of Chinook, chum, and coho salmon, steelhead, and sea-run trout. just a couple of miles upriver from Historic Downtown Hoquiam restaurants, stores and shops, 20 min to coast 45 min drive to Lake Quinault hiking trails South Shore Trailhead.

1,300 sq ft home, in one of the best locations in Pacific Beach with hot tub. Very cozy three bedroom, two bathrooms, with all the amenities for a relaxing stay on the coast. Fully stocked with coffee, spices, cooking needs, towels and linens. Great for two families. Just bring your clothes and food. It's an flat 50 yard walk to the beach access. Welcome to the Blue Pearl Lower Duplex! Located on Sunset Beach in Moclips WA, 17 miles north of Ocean Shores, on a secluded street with about a dozen homes. This one bedroom unit, about 700sf, offers a view for miles! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your deck, living room or kitchen. Walk merely 70 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home. There is a wooden bridge and 7-8 uneven stairs. You will love the morning views and sunsets!

Due to Ocean Shores zone restrictions, this studio is only offered as a workspace. By booking this space, you acknowledge you intend to use it as a workspace. You will, of course, have 24-hour access. Your projects are your business. The studio has views of the Jetty and sunsets to the west. 10 min. Walk to the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bath with a shower on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a full bed and a couch that pulls out to make a queen bed.
