This modern furnished beach cottage (2BR, 1 BA) is the perfect spot if you are looking for walks on white sandy beaches or a quiet time after a day in the waves. The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Cozy, Quiet “Barefoot Beach Bungalow” in Shorepine

Steps from the beach, Cape Kiwanda and all that Pacific City has to offer, our clean and fully furnished townhouse is located within the exclusive Shorepine community. You and yours will have so many options of things to do and pleasant memories to make. Taking strolls on the beach, relaxing by the fireplace, playing ping-pong in the garage, boogie-boarding, riding bikes around the area, enjoying friends and family around our large, open-concept living and kitchen area are some of what awaits!

Ocean Front House - Gorgeous Views!

Stay within steps of the Pacific Ocean in one of Oregon's premier beach towns. This sleepy little beach town is great for family get-togethers or romantic weekends - only a couple hours outside of Portland. Come and enjoy the beauty! Our house is right on the beach. Walk off the deck and on to your own beach front. A short walk up the beach to the famous Pelican Brewery and more. Enjoy nearby activities: hiking, surfing, kayaking, swimming, whale watching, golfing, hang gliding and more

Coats Cottage

Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Surf Cottage • Monthly Available For Off Season

Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $2,500 per month starting January 20, 2026 - March 30, 2026. All utilities / landscaping included. For beach days, grab the wagon with sand toys, blanket, chairs, and towels. Whether you’re unwinding indoors with a game or soaking up the sunshine outside, this retreat has it all!

Coho Cottage

The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

Beaver Creek Cabin

Beaver Creek Cabin is a modern cabin designed to bring the outdoors inside. It's 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from Pacific City, Cape Lookout, and Tillamook, yet only 5 minutes from beer and cookies and pesto. Set on a 7 acre lot, it's remote enough to feel private, yet public enough to feel safe. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

The Edgewater Cottage #6

This lovely 1930’s cottage has recently been renovated, but still has that cottage charm. Great view of Netarts Bay, comfy queen bed, and modern kitchenette. You’re just a short walk down the stairs to the bay, or you can relax in the beach chairs out front. Guests love the cottage feel and being able to watch the pelicans and herons or catch a beautiful sunset. It is one of two units with a common wall specially sound proofed for complete privacy.

Historic Riverfront Cabin w/Hot Tub

This delightful, cozy cabin with HOT TUB is the perfect getaway for 2. With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.

Step into a timeless retreat and prepare to be in awe of the great pacific ocean. Watch eagle soar, whales pass by, seals swim, waves form and break, sunsets, and if you're lucky watch the commercial crabbing vessels brave the open waters. The cottage is a gem with a gorgeous panoramic view. Time tends to slow, bodies relax, and memories are made in this ocean cottage retreat.

Spacious and light! One bedroom with full bathroom/shower in newer cottage. High ceilings, comfortable queen bed with comfortable linens. Private entrance. Quick walk - (250 feet according to GPS- about a 1 minute walk) to access stairs to Netart's Bay and small local market.
