You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Treetops is a self-contained luxurious studio cedar chalet nestled in a sub-tropical garden with a wonderful sea view. Featuring spacious Open Plan Living, furnished with a King Bed, double Spa Bath, separate shower, full Kitchen facilities, recliner lounge suite, a BBQ on your deck; as well as having air-conditioning (Heat Pump/climate control), Freeview TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. The Treetops has 32 external stairs from the car park up to the entrance door. ** Not suitable for children

Hihitahi Sea View Apartment Private self contained

Hihitahi Sea View apartment is located in Paihia, Bay of Islands, an area with stunning walks, mtb tracks and a great variety of other (water) activities to choose from. When arriving you'll find at the end of the driveway, a private apartment where you can imagine the rest of the world gone. Only 5 min out of Paihia town and the beach but your own private place with everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The BBQ area with all day sun is a lovely private spot to end the day.
