Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. This gorgeous stone build little house is located in a unique and peaceful setting, on the edge of one of the islands oldest settlements Mitata , right by a dramatically beautiful gorge. You will be surrounded by native nature with the scent of sage and thyme all around you. The setting around takes you back in time and allows you to truly recharge. A 5 minute walk from the house is the main village where you all find fantastic food at Michalis tavern and a market with all the necessities!

Stone House Retreat

The Stone House Retreat is one of those places where the building seems to grow from the earth rather than sit upon it. Thick walls hold the cool of morning through the heat of day, a double bed fills the main room with quiet purpose, and the terrace frames a view of olive groves rolling down to sea. Kitchenette, AC, reliable Wi‑Fi, pristine bathroom—all present but never intrusive. For couples or solo travellers who feel at home in something solid and slightly ancient.

Αυτός ο παραθαλάσσιος ξενώνας βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την όμορφη παραλία της Φυρής Άμμου και είναι ένα στολίδι με ανοιχτή θέα στη θάλασσα και το νότιο άκρο της Πελοποννήσου. Είναι ένας από τους δύο ανεξάρτητους ξενώνες ενός σπιτιού που βρίσκεται στον οικισμό της Αγίας Πελαγίας (πηγαίνοντας προς τα νότια) το οποίο όμως δεν γειτονεύει με άλλα σπίτια. This studio is located on the ground floor of our family house , the space has been specifically created for guests located in the centre of the island with views of 8 different settlemets all around you and the Pelloponese!
