Spacious guest suite near the bay, IMG, Anna Maria

This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden

This is a (small) space in my home (162 square feet), renovated, cozy and beautiful, Fully equipped so you can enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. Totally private and independent. Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, just 17 minutes from Anna Maria and other beautiful beaches, nature reserves and other attractions. ready for 1 or 2 people.( We have another beautiful stay for 2 people on the same property).

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my mobile home is located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay with a little beach 2 min. down the road from my house, where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish. The homes are a combination of mobile homes like mine and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, very safe and friendly. 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.

The Downtown and IMG Academy are also just a short drive away. Our home is a perfect place to relax between trips to the beach and local attractions.
