You will have access to all of the community pools and of course the beautiful beach of Rosemary. You will be two quick blocks from shops and restaurants.

Located on the Seagrove/Seaside border in a quiet neighborhood, this new carriage house is the perfect oasis for a couple or a small family. (We do not accept reservations for more than 3 adults over the age of 13 for this carriage house.) Just a few minutes to the beach, it is the perfect cozy getaway! Two bikes are here for your use!! Keep them locked as they are your responsibility as well as replacing if lost/stolen! Backpack style beach chairs for your use as well as beach towels!

Five min from Historic Downtown where you'll find great shopping and food. Only 10 min to St. Andrew's. Drive 20 min to Panama City Beach, 30 min to Mexico Beach, 20 min to TAFB. We are located next to the bay and our cozy little town of St Andrews Bay, where locals walk along the pier, shop and window shop in our little town, a peaceful experience after coming back from the busy Gulf side. There is a park to walk your dogs or take the kids. Just a short drive to the Beaches and excitement. Our cottage is a 700 sq ft open plan with a king bed, described as the best sleeping mattress. Hosts are close by to help.
