This has been our family cabin since 1999 . Build wonderful memories of hunting, fishing, skiing, playing games, sitting around the fire, barbecuing and taking in the views of panguitch lake! Year round access with the main cabin sleeping 14 and if requested (additional cost, room 4 and bathroom) has three more beds and bathroom above the garage that can sleep four more. It’s perfect for family get togethers. This is a smoke free property. Absolutely no smoking, vaping, parties, or pets!

We purchased the home in 2005 to spend family time, and did we ever. We finally opened up for our friends and guests. Your family will love the serenity and peace that comes with the Southern Utah wilderness. The home occupies 14, but it can accommodate more assuming children/families are staying. We have 2000+ ft of decking, game room, 4 fireplaces, fire pit overlooking the lake, located on 2 acres away from other cabins. Great for hiking, fishing, and relaxing. Firewood included!

These elevated cabins are suspended high in the pines overlooking Clear Creek. Big Bear is a 700sf cabin with a primary bedroom and a comfortable convertible sofa/bed. It also boasts a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, massive smart TV, and a full bathroom. Little Bear is a 400sf studio cabin boasting a king bed, fully stocked kitchen, massive smart TV, and full bathroom. The two cabins are joined together by a 1000sf deck where meals can be shared under the enormous pine trees.

There is a store & a restaurant & you can rent boats on the lake. (All Seasonal) Brian Head, Duck Creek, Zion & Bryce are must sees & Cedar city has an airport now. **The cabin was built in the 70s & there is running water but it is limited to a 250 gallon holding tank per stay- the price is low bc of these things :-) The view is AMAZING
