A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair

Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

The Pool House (Separate Accommodation to House!)

Welcome to The Pool House. This bright and sunny self contained guest suite is a stand alone structure from the main house. Situated in the sunshine paradise of Central Papamoa, it is close to Papamoa Beach, Mt Maunganui, Bayfair Shopping Centre, Papamoa Plaza, Baypark Stadium and Motorway. It has its own entrance and shares two outdoor shaded areas and pool. The pool is for paying guests only. Local eateries such as Pearl Kitchen, Good Home, BlueBiYou and Fresh Choice are close by.

The Little Bach on Percy

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Very close to the beach with easy walk to beach across a reserve. You are welcome to bring your family dog if they are good with cats.

It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. This very cute and comfortable self contained unit has a king size bed, with ensuite (shower and toilet). Includes basic kitchenette that has a microwave, air fryer, electric frypan, fridge, plus tea & coffee facilities. There is no kitchen sink, so not ideal for lots of cooking, but perfect for basic heat ups etc. Two minutes walk to beach, shops, cafés and restaurants. Off street parking, with bus stop outside.

Private 2bdrm unit 20 metres from the beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space just a stones throw from the beach. The unit is located under the main house and has been recently renovated. In the unit is a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a large new bathroom and two lovely bedrooms. All appliances and linens are new. Directly across the road is access to the beach and its just a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and resturants.
