Paradise Hill gem! Just up the hill from lake access at Strayhorn Marina and the State Parks on both sides of the lake. Soda Steve's, Fin and Feather, disc golf, Mexican food, hiking trails, DG, Illinois River fishing and float trips are ALL nearby. This house is one of the newest in Paradise Hill. Huge covered patio in front plus a dining and grilling patio in back. Split floor plan with large kitchen and living in the middle of it all. Oversized garage. By day you watch the stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks of the river.
