To get to our house be ready for a mini off-road{u can come with any car} about 1km between fragrant flowers, wild flowers and olive trees The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min. We will be glad to offer you our olive oil, olives and seasonal fruit and vegetables. walking around you will appreciate the typical vegetation of our area.

This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. In a short distance far from the house (only a few minutes away) you can find some of the most famous beaches in Sithonia like: Armenistis, Kavourotrypes, Trani Ammouda, Talgo, Lacara, and many more.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters.
