Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο μικροσκοπικό αυτό σπίτι,που βρίσκεται στο χωριό Αποίκια της Άνδρου δίπλα στη πηγή Σάριζα. Το σπίτι αποτελείται εσωτερικά από μία κρεβατοκάμαρα και ένα μπάνιο συνολικά 15τμ. Εξωτερικά διαθέτει κουζίνα με όλα τα απαραίτητα,αυλή με τσιμεντοκονία και κτιστό καναπέ. Ανακαινίστηκε το 2022 και βρίσκεται κάτω από το μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στους καταρράκτες της Πυθάρας. Περιστοιχίζεται από μποστάνια με βιολογικά λαχανικά και αιωνόβιες ελιές.

Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.
