Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

The Domicilechania "Venetian Residence" was built in the14th century and is known as the Venetian Rectors Palace. It was also used as the Treasury and the Archives of the Venetian administration. Villa Fudulis is a renovated houseof 95 m2 and is located at the center of Ravdouchas village . It was built on a rock, so it provides a wonderfull view to the sunrise. It has one bedroom with a single and a double bed. At the open- plan kitchen, is a table for four, and at the same place there is a couch and a single bed. Concluding, access to the beautiful organized beach of "Afrata" is provided by car, or hiking through a small gorge.
