TV with Free View, and Chrome cast We do not have a kitchen or cooking facilities in the suite. It is a bed & breakfast only. There is a microwave for reheating. Plenty of eateries in Lower Hutt, Petone &beyond Parking: Free on-street parking, on quiet, safe road opp. our shared drive - with a street light. Off-street unavailable. 🌈🌈

Sunny cosy getaway near beach

Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.

Welcome to Pīwakawaka Studio, a cosy self-contained unit with views over the Hutt Valley. Just 15 mins to Wellington CBD, ferry, and Sky Stadium, or 5 mins down the hill into Lower Hutt, Events Centre etc. Easy motorway access from Maungaraki, 5 mins to trains and a bus right outside. Features tea/coffee facilities, mini fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi and 49” TV with Netflix. Pet lovers welcome – we have a friendly border collie and Birman cat. Off street parking available.

A small guest suite apartment which is joined onto the main house. You have your own private shower room and a small kitchenette including small bench-top oven/grill, and fridge but no microwave or stove. Free Wifi and Full access to Netflix Parking is on the road and there are less than 10 steps and a sloped pathway leading up to the front door. We do have a new born child, and so you may hear some sounds from the house, but we don't think this should be a problem

Seven minutes walk from Otaki Beach. Relax and unwind on your own private deck off our newly built sunny garden guest suite. Our self-contained suite is situated away from the main house and is ideal for a couple, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We provide a comfy bed and optional cooked breakfast. As well as full cooking facilities. Time it right and you can help yourself to seasonal produce from the garden and free range eggs from our lovely chooks.

Oak Lee – tranquility 23km from the city. Elegant and spacious self-contained studio apartment with its own entrance downstairs from the main house. Breakfast is not included in the booking. There are cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchenette has a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. Beaches and pleasant walking and cycling tracks close by. Paremata station is a 20 minute walk away.

Quinns Rest

Unique quiet space for you to relax for a night or two. Self contained unit on the ground floor of main house. Private entrance and large living area, with separate bedroom. Giant pohutukawa and native trees on our 10 acre property bring in the birds. Try out the tennis court and swimming pool, or simply sit and relax under the grapes in your private court yard. sorry no children
