Situation privilégiée: balades à pied au lac de Pont et à vélo le long du canal de Bourgogne. Proximité de la belle ville de Semur En Auxois et de merveilleux sites réputés (Parc d'Alésia, Vézelay...) Golfs de Pré Lamy et du château de Chailly.

Little quiet authentic renovated gem in Morvan

Small cosy and completely renovated house for two with bedroom and bathroom downstairs and living with kitchen upstairs. The house is just 25 min from the highway A6 and on the border of a village and with a few steps you are in the forrest. Lake Saint Agnan is just 15 min, Vezelay 30 min. The house is situated next to the main building, but with it own entrance and terrace, so with plenty privacy. In the village there is a epicerie with bread, bar and restaurant. Next village has more shops.

Onze vrijstaande woning heeft een fantastisch uitzicht. De woning ligt prachtig gelegen in een vallei aan een doodlopende weg. Vanaf het houten terras kunt u met het blote oog de wilde dieren waarnemen. Herten, roofvogels, vossen... En niet te vergeten de sterrenhemel. Bij de woning is een omheinde tuin uitermate geschikt voor uw hond. Vanuit de woning zijn diverse wandelroutes de schitterende bossen in en omliggende dorpjes. De bakker is op loopafstand bereikbaar voor o.a. een frans ontbijt.

Il est parfaitement isolé pour vous accueillir confortablement en ÉTÉ comme en HIVER.

Si vous aimez l'authentique, la gastronomie et la tranquillité cette maison est pour vous.

Le repos du pêcheur

Situé à 4 kms du lac de Saint Agnan et à proximité de l’Abbaye de la Pierre qui Vire au coeur du Parc naturel du Morvan, dans un hameau de la commune de Saint Léger Vauban. Calme absolu, idéal pour découvrir le Morvan et ses nombreux sites touristiques et historiques. Amateurs de balades en forêt à pied ou en VTT ainsi que les pêcheurs pourront y trouver leur bonheur.

Aux abords de la vallée des Maranges, sur la route de Chassagne-Montrachet et Santenay, ce charmant petit cottage confortable avec mezzanine et poêle à bois donne sur les jardins de la propriété bordée de vigne. Une petite piscine avec vue imprenable sur la vallée est à la disposition des visiteurs. Ne convient pas aux enfants de moins de 12 ans.
