There is an exclusive 6 person hot tub off the veranda and the sauna is only steps away.

Nestled steps above the Southwest River in popular New London halfway between Kensington and Cavendish. Walk down to the Sou'West River Bar & Grill for some fresh seafood, local beer and music. Located on a large 1.2 acre waterfront lot, The 380 sq ft tiny home consists of one bedroom and stairs to a loft, both with queen size beds, there is a second loft for storage or play area for children. The tiny home is ideal for four adults or two adults and two children. Our tiny home is rated for -40 degrees Celsius and we have a Standby Generac Generator that turns on automatically, so you will never be out of heat or WIFI; and there is snow removal
