In Summertime, you'll hear the bubbling creek located just feet from your door, and the trailhead to the beautiful Sawmill Reservoir Trail is steps away at the Snowflake Lift.

This 1 bedroom condo is located in the heart of Breckenridge! You are across the street from the Peak 9 Quicksilver chairlift and steps away from the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The building is older, but it has great amenities like one garage parking space, a private balcony, and a shared hot tub. Mi Casa (best happy hour in Breck) and a ski/bike shop are located in the building. **The fireplace is closed and not available for use after 4/1/2025**
