This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Front Street Loft Apartment

An eclectic loft apartment centrally located in the heart of historic downtown Marietta that has been recently updated with new tile, concrete countertops and appliances. A short walk to the levee at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum rivers, restaurants, shops - perfect for work, play or romantic date nights. Constructed in the late 1800's, the building was home to the Atlantic Tea Company and has remained substantially mercantile on the ground floor and living quarters upstairs.

Camp Forever is 20 minutes from Ohio University, and a Short 5 minute drive to 2 Wineries! We love pets and insist you bring them along for your stay.

Fully stocked kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, and Keurig coffee pot. Covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and large private, shaded yard.

Great and quiet home in beautiful Marietta, within a 10-minute drive to the historical downtown of Marietta. Great for family vacations and visitors, we have everything ready, just enjoy your time in Marietta. In a 5-minute drive, you can get to Lookout Point, where you can have an amazing panoramic view of Marietta, Lookout Park has a basketball and tennis court, and also a playground for kids. City Park 5 minutes away. no pets emotional or ada. I'm allergic to pets and I have to clean. sorry for inconvenience.
