This unit is 6 mins to the Tacoma Dome! Features modern furnishings and a cozy living room with a sleeper sofa. Minutes from shops and freeways, perfect for shows, events, and exploring. PLEASE NOTE: This unit is part of a duplex and shares the onsite laundry with the other residents. It’s still a private, stand-alone space with its own entrance and yard. There’s a staircase to get in, the shower is on the smaller side, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.

Mares Landing Private Guest House

Private guest house located 10 minutes from the Washington State Fairgrounds, with room for oversized vehicles/trailers. We have quick access to freeways to carry you to the entire Puget Sound area. This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

DNT’s cozy retreat

We would like to invite you to stay at our lovely home. It has been 90% renovated inside and out, very clean and located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There’s plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping malls nearby and we’re only 5 miles from the state fairgrounds. There is a motor home located on site, however it is unoccupied and out of the way. Also there are 2 ring cameras located in the front of the house only for security.
