Still, our home sits inside Flagstaff, with all its amenities: cafes, roasteries, beer gardens, and breweries. Snow Bowl, Sedona, and the GC are not too far from us, along with many other day trip hikes and destinations. We love this place! Come join us!

It can be awkward renting STVR next to full time neighbors however Parks Chalet Borders the Kaibab National Forest with no neighbors next to you so you will have total privacy. In the winter, please ensure you have an SUV, Front wheel drive or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case it snows.

It is approximately 4 miles northwest of I-40 & Rt 66, making it a quiet location away from the train & freeway noise. Parks has about 1500 residents and is between Flagstaff & Williams. The Grand Canyon is just an hour north of Williams as well. Firewood included for wood stove & outdoor fire pit.
