This cottage is nestled in a small slice of peaceful Adelaide paradise next to the Botanic Gardens and River Torrens. Stroll along the banks of the Torrens or through the Botanic Gardens into the City, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Zoo, University of Adelaide and Festival Theatre.

Wake up to birdsong at rustic Gumtree Cottage!

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Street parking on the no-through street. Please only stay if you're wanting a place to escape the modern world! Enjoy!

Terra Firma - 1850s Fleurieu Cottage

Take a step back in time. Built in 1850, this cottage was once occupied by the very Caffreys after whom our street is named. The cottage is structurally identical to how those European settlers would have inhabited it. The thick walls are fantastic for keeping both the summer heat and winter cold out. Workers, holiday-makers, and day-trippers have come through this place, each having left their own little mark. And hopefully, the soul of this place will make a bit of an imprint on you too.

The Nook is the sweetest little cottage built around 1870 in the original Glenelg village and just a short walk to the white sands of Glenelg beach and cafes. Recently refurbished, the cottage is white and light and full of charm. Enjoy a bbq in the private garden or cosy up to a lounge room fire while enjoying that red wine you just purchased in nearby Mclaren Vale or Adelaide Hills. Our heritage listed character cottage in the south west corner of Adelaide is ideal for those on longer work or study visits. We offer generous discounts for those longer stays. As one recent review says "This was our second stay at Number 10. We clearly loved it so much the first time round that we came back for seconds".
