Welcome to Nanoose Bay on Vancouver Island. We are located on a quiet rural area with a beach access road right across the street! It's a short stroll to go down and enjoy the view. The best accesses for entry to the water are just a short walk away also. This is a large 2 room suite in our home completely self contained for privacy. Self check in with designated parking spot for you. We are hosts on site if you need anything. We are located between Nanaimo and Parksville, 15 min. either way.

Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

Curved boat like getaway adjacent and overlooking Helliwell Park, it's in the grassy oak grove meadowlands with spectacular open southern views, beach below. Featured in handmade builders of the Pacific Northwest. Stone, cedar, stainless steel, driftwood and sod. The house is best as getaway for 2 with occasional guests in separate bedrooms. all amenities plus a fireplace, heated stone floors and outside bathtub. The beautiful sand beach stretches out almost a kilometre at low tide offering safe sandy beaches and warm water swimming.
