The Villa Sikia is a real paradise in the heart of the old town of Parikia. Ideally situated 100 m from the beach and 30 m from the nearest shop, you can do everything by foot : beaches, visits, shopping and night life. Ragoussis Beachfront House

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.
