"Welcome to Paso Robles. It's a charming town 10 minutes to downtown Paso Robles and less than 20 min to all the vineyards . The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for outdoor BQ's. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and the back yard to enjoy the beautiful evening sunsets. I'm offering it to visitors that want a luxury home while having the privacy needed when visiting Paso. I may or may not be there at many times. I have a home in LA & there half time.

West wing of this single level house has its own private entrance sectioned off from the main house. Two private queen bedrooms ideal for two couples. After a day of wine tasting, enjoy one of your finds in the front courtyard patio area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and located across the street from an elementary school and a golf course.

Welcome to the charming hidden town of Santa Margarita. It's a beautiful 10 minute drive to downtown SLO and 20 min to Paso Robles or any of our beaches. Its a bit like Mayberry where kids can play in the streets. There is not one stop light in our little town and it is as safe as can be. The home has a large open living space and private fenced back yard for your pups. The large front yard is beautifully landscaped and has a fire pit to enjoy the beautiful evenings.

It offers a queen bed, comfortable sofa, great Wifi, smart TV, coffee bar, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. The private bath has a walk-in shower. Parking is available on the street.
