The house is on the ground floor and it has a private veranda and a private parking area. It has 1 double bedroom with a showerroom and an open plan kitchen with dining and sitting area. An extra pax can sleep in the sofa which becomes a 100*200cm bed.

Πολλες όμορφες παραλίες όπως το Κηπιάδη, ο Κήπος, Κακη Λαγκάδα , το Αλάτι βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά στο σπίτι. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.
