Overlock Park

Surrounded by state forest our 10 acre property is the perfect location to enjoy all the charms of Dwellingup, with direct access to both the Bibbulumn track (with the town centre a 15 minute walk away) and the South Trail mountain bike head. With an open plan, modern house that overlooks one of the two dams on the property, as well as a separate games room, fire pit, concrete scooter track, swing set and walking tracks around the property, there is something for everyone.

Umatah Retreat Chalet

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.

Beautiful unique older home located right on the Murray rivers edge, own private jetty, amazing views, tranquility and wild life. Walking distance to Ravenswood Hotel, approx 7 km Pinjarra and 10 km to Mandurah. Beautiful Ravenswood has much to offer!
