Located 20 minutes outside beautiful and progressive Wilmington and only 10 minutes from the quaint and historic Burgaw. Beaches, biking (single track, road, community), theater/music venues are all conveniently located.

ILM King Bed, Near Beach’s, downtown and events

This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 pull out sofa couch. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.

Black River Rental

Take a break and unwind at the Black River Rental. This is a guest space under the main living area. You will have a separate entrance and space. You will have access to outdoor areas including the screened in hangout space and covered dock house. Bring your fishing boat to dock up at the rental (community boat ramp available) or rent watercraft from a local outfitter to explore the river.

Pet Friendly Cottage

Our adorable cottage is back on Airbnb! You’ll be minutes to Topsail Island, and even closer to shopping and restaurants. We are nestled back off the road in a private setting with carport parking, washer/dryer, Wifi, an outdoor shower (shared with the home next door), clothesline, and a fenced yard. The yard is shared with another house on the property and IS PET FRIENDLY!
