East Hill Studio

Experience a clean, comfortable getaway minutes from downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach. We treat our guests like family and make sure you have everything you need to experience a fantastic stay. We are always updating to ensure our guests have the best experience. Perfect for a couple’s retreat, the space features a cozy living room opening to the bedroom with pocket doors, a small kitchen, and a full bath. Kitchen was totally remodeled with new appliances in March 2026.

A fisherman’s/nature lovers dream and truly unique rental experience at this creekside cottage with water frontage on deepwater Hammock Creek. Close to the beach but out of the congestion. We have a multi level backyard with gazebo with swing, fire pit and huge deck. Fully enjoy the wildlife and outdoor activities.

Looking for a beach vacation while staying away from crowds? Enjoy the shady trees at our cozy cabin, across the street from East Bay. Sleep peacefully on a queen sized bed, have your morning coffee on the deck, or relax outside by the fire pit after a day at the beach. The connecting door to your unit remains locked during your stay.
