Dog Friendly! Mid-Term Rental. Are you looking for a quiet secluded vacation away from the hustle and bustle? Look no further than our Pentwater cottage "As you wish." This cottage has been my family's happy place for decades, and now we are ready to share it with you. Tucked onto a wooded lot, our home offers peace and solitude within walking distance of Pentwater Village (shops, restaurants, ICE CREAM!) and beautiful Mears Beach. Ludington is 15 min north, and Silver Lake is 15 min south.

This shady bi-level home has plenty of room for the entire family. Just down the road, enjoy access to the private shared beach on Lake Michigan. Great location, on the main road, 7 miles from Silver Lake sand dunes, and 7 miles from Pentwater. It is 1/2 mile from Cedar Point County Park, close to ORV dune access, close to the 2540 acre Pentwater River State Game Area, with 7.5 miles of groomed cross country skiing and hiking trails. It is a base for your family Lake Michigan vacation.

Located in the quaint lakeside town of Pentwater, our property is the perfect vacation spot any time of year. Tucked a few blocks off the main road, you'll have peace and quiet away from the crowds, but are just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to downtown Pentwater shops/resturants and the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline/beach. We've recently refreshed the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. We also have a huge backyard, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

Indoor or outdoor dining accomodations for up to 6 guest. Enjoy bon fire's and smores in the backyard fire pit, seats 6, split logs provided. Free parking, fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towles and board games + more. Mears State Park (beach) 1.6 miles, downtown 0.8 mile walk along Pentwater Lake!

Located on the charming Pentwater Lake, pull up a chair to the waters edge and enjoy watching the kids jump off the dock. Or grab one of the water boards and paddle you way off to an adventure. End each day with the sunset and roasting Marshmallows over the fire. Whatever says vacation to you, this is the place. Parking for 6+ vehicles/trailers on site. Pets possible. Additional studio apartment optional (queen bed, living room & full bath - $85/night plus $75 cleaning fee)
