Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. Studio apartment with large living/sleeping area. Sleeping area has a king bed that can be set up as twin beds, if requested. There is a separate private entrance, and parking area. WIFI is also included. Note that all sanitization protocols are followed to prepare the apartment for guests.

We have a very simple check in process and no "chore" list for guests at check out. We can accommodate off street parking for two vehicles on the property. This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.
