Amazing Contemporary Space in Pest by an Artist

Unique space with three bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area. We have two bathrooms one is connected to the master bedroom. When you enter you arrive in the kitchen dining area. From here you can go to the main living room where you find the special caravan room and a working pinball machine. The caravan is connected to a normal room giving ample private space. The single bedroom is between the master bedroom and the living room. The apartment is so spacious that it gives enough private space for every member of your group. While the dining area is perfect to get together in a state of the art experience. The house is a typical Pest apartment house with three floors and we are locating on the top floor enabling us to gain more light. Guests have full access to the 120m2 apartment. We are welcoming guests in person and throughout their stay we are available communications via Airbnb application or phone. The apartment is tucked away on a quiet street in the city’s 7th district, which is home to the world-famous Jewish district and ruin bars. Budapest’s Nagykorut thoroughfare and central tramway are two blocks away. Getting around is convenient, every major Budapest attraction is available in 5-15 minutes walking distance. Public transport is superb and accessible right at our corner. Parking is approximately 1 EUR/hour available on the street, usually we have free spots in front of our building. One block away there is a parking lot where prices are similar but it closes at 10PM and opens at 6AM. We are located on the 3rd floor and the building has no elevator. The stairway is spacious and not steep.

The refurbishement and redesign of the apartment are the result of our imagination and half a year of hard work. We renovated ourselves the pieces of furniture we bargain-hunted. The apartment is 70 sqm and has 2 quiet bedrooms and a huge livingroom with a sofa bed. In the bathroom we have a bathtub with shower option too. It is a pleasure for us, for my family and our little dog Chili to show you, and welcome you in our apartment. Central location: right at the Chain Bridge, below the Castle. The 150 years old, listed house was designed by the same architect as the Parliament, has an old beauty while the apartment is characterful and feels home instantly. The flat looks onto the inner courtyard of the house. We try to offer competitive prices, as our place is far from perfect, but (hopefully) still applies to quite a few people. Please do not book if you are not sure about the place and only like our prices!!!

The Fortress Hill Apartment is located in the very center of Buda just a walk from the Buda Castle and underground station Széll Kálmán. The 120 years old upper-middle-class flat is luxuriosly renovated. The spacious rooms bear a slight touch of the milieu of the beginning of the 20th century. Reach Parliament with the underground at Kossuth Tér in 5 and the very Downtown of Budapest (Party Zone) in 8 minutes. Tram 4 or 6 takes you back to the apartment at any time of the night.
