The newly remodeled studio apt is very private on a separate level below the main house conveniently close to the pool. Amenities include a king size bed, kitchenette, private bath,sunny deck,pool access and convenient parking. Great walks are just outside your door. This tranquil retreat is ideally located for enjoying all the Wine Country offers.

French doors open up to a private studio on a tree-lined street between the historic Sonoma Square and the town of Glen Ellen. We’re a few minutes drive to vineyards and wineries. Standard Double bed super-comfortable, w/ footboard. Futon also available. TV, WiFi. Bathroom with shower/ tub. Off-street parking. I've stated "no pets" but may be flexible. Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is located in one of the oldest houses in Petaluma only 3 blocks from the historic downtown Petaluma district. The en suite studio is connected to the main house but has it own private bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, separate entry and outside deck. It’s an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under willow trees. #PLVR-19-0017

Fairfax Getaway in the Redwoods

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.

Family Friendly Central Petaluma Studio

Our studio is only a few blocks from the heart of Petaluma. The Theatre District, Petaluma Market, and a myriad of local restaurants are all a 10 to 15 minute walk from your doorstep. We have two kids of our own (3 and 4) and we've set up the space to be comfortable for families traveling. There is ample space for everyone to spread out with a queen bed, 2 full size futons, and a crib included in the space.

That's what you'll find in your own guest-suite which is always sparkling clean (read reviews) with extra attention to all the little details. There is a small fridge, microwave and hot water kettle for your convenience but no sink, kitchen or laundry facilities.
