Excellent base for visiting the Wellington region and accessing the ferries: 3-min drive to the motorway (noise can be heard outside of the building, but it is peaceful and calm inside), 13-min walk to Johnsonville Centre, easy access to Uber, bus and train to city. The apartment is a self contained unit on the ground floor of a two story house. We live in the top floor with our three year old and newborn daughters so please expect to hear children. The front of the building has shared steps to access the property. There is a large deck outside the apartment with a washing line.
